This page explains how Kisti Ltd (“Kisti”, “we”) handles business and merchant contact data when you explore or run a partnership with us. It is a generic outline and may be updated as products and legal requirements change.
What we collect
- Business name, trade name, and registration details you share
- Contact name, email, phone, and role
- Store, website, and settlement account details needed for onboarding
- Support messages and technical logs related to your integration
Why we collect it
- To evaluate and set up merchant partnerships
- To operate checkout, settlements, and support
- To meet legal, fraud, and risk requirements
Sharing
We share merchant data only with service providers who help us run the platform (under our instructions), with payment or compliance partners when required, or when the law requires it. We do not sell merchant contact lists.
Retention
We keep merchant records while the partnership is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, disputes, and legal obligations, unless a shorter period is required or agreed.
Your rights
