Merchant Terms

These generic terms describe how businesses (“you”, “merchant”) may partner with Kisti Ltd (“Kisti”, “we”) to offer Pay in 4 at checkout. They are a starting outline and may be replaced by a signed merchant agreement.

Partnership

Offering Kisti at your store or online checkout is subject to our approval. We may accept, pause, or end a partnership if risk, compliance, or product rules require it. You must provide accurate business details and keep them up to date.

Your responsibilities

• Show clear pricing and that Kisti is available where you enable it.
• Do not misrepresent interest, fees, or approval outcomes.
• Handle customer goods, refunds, and disputes according to your own store policies and applicable law.
• Keep login credentials and integration keys secure.

Settlements

When a customer pays with Kisti, settlement timing, fees, and chargeback handling follow the merchant agreement or dashboard terms we share with you. Until those are signed, nothing on this page is a binding payout commitment.

Data & privacy

How we handle merchant and related personal data is described in our Merchant Privacy Policy. Consumer data rules are covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Kisti is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the merchant tools or this website. Platform features may change as we launch and improve the product.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of merchant tools after updates means you accept the revised terms, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
